NATIONAL YOUTH DAY: TRISHAKTI CAMPUS RADIATES PATRIOTIC FERVOR AS DDA CELEBRATES YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

DEHRADUN: In a magnificent display of discipline and national pride, the Doon Defence Academy (DDA) celebrated National Youth Day at its prestigious Trishakti Campus on Shastradhara Road. The event, titled “Yuva Samman,” was organized in collaboration with the Sarvagun Gyanodaya Trust and Sarvagun Society to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and to ignite a sense of national duty among the youth.

The campus was graced by the presence of high-ranking government official, Chief Guest Hon. Madhu Bhatt, State Minister. The ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by intellectually stimulating sessions led by keynote speakers Lt. Col. Deven Dutta and Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Founder of IQF, who spoke extensively on the synergy between youth leadership and military discipline.

The event prominently highlighted the institutional strength of Doon Defence Academy, led by its distinguished team of mentors and administrators. Among the key dignitaries from DDA were Deputy Commandant Mr. Jatin Sethi, Principal Dr. S. K. Arya, and Director of Instruction Mr. Ankit Sharma, alongside the dedicated staff of the Trishakti Campus. Their collective efforts ensured that the program reflected the high standards of excellence for which the Academy is known.

In a poignant moment, the Sarvagun Society expressed its deep gratitude to Doon Defence Academy for providing a world-class venue and unwavering support. On behalf of Director Sandeep Sir and the entire DDA family, Centre Head and SSB Coordinator Mr. Umesh Kunyal was formally honored with a memento and a planter for his pivotal role in hosting the event at the Trishakti Campus. Following this recognition, Mr. Kunyal gracefully thanked the visiting dignitaries, reaffirming DDA’s mission to forge principled leaders dedicated to the nation. The program reached its patriotic crescendo with an award ceremony and a stirring rendition of Vande Mataram, leaving aspirants inspired by Swamiji’s clarion call to “Arise, Awake, and Stop Not.”
